Be a smart traveler. If you’re planning for an overseas getaway, there are myriads of things that you will have to consider. Of course you cannot travel outside the country if you don’t have your travel documents in order, especially your passport. If a visa is required to that particular country, you must secure one in advance. This is to ensure that you are authorized to enter or stay in that country for a specific period of time. However, it's still subject to permission from an immigration official at the time of actual entry, but there are some countries which do not require a visa. For your luggage, pack only what you think is necessary and don’t bring your entire closet.  Remember, you might want to buy souvenirs and interesting finds at your destination so allocate extra space in your luggage for the return trip home.

Another aspect to consider when travelling is the mode of transportation when you reach the airport terminal. Wouldn't it be great if you had a hassle-free vacation with a shuttle bus on standby, ready to pick you and your family up from the airport during the wee hours of the morning?  It’s way cheaper than taking a cab. Also, you wouldn't want to wait longer outside the airport to get a cab as you and your family might already be exhausted and drained from sitting long hours on the plane, and all you can think of is to immediately get to your hotel and sleep.

Anyway, if your destination is bound to San Francisco California, then you might need an airport shuttle sfo which can easily pick you up and your family from the SFO airport and help take you into the city at a very affordable fare package. Furthermore, they also offer a site seeing tour which you and your family can enjoy. Indeed an ideal way to see all the major sites of San Francisco. Reservations can be made by calling their 24/7 hotline at 415-202-0733 or through their sfo airport shuttle online. If you also need further information you may Click here for more products and make an sfo shuttle reservation ahead of your flight.

Geez! It's been more than a year since the last time I visited this section and I’m becoming nostalgic while browsing my previous posts. Indeed, I miss blogging, scribbling, sharing my whereabouts, my appalling predicaments, posting images that best depict my mundane life, blog-hopping and lastly, every other blogger's desire, obtaining paid reviews.

I reckon I need to do some layout or template revamping as this already looks pretty old and most of the widgets are no longer functioning. This blog has already gone stale over the years of not maintaining it. My other domain www.simplycatsy.info however, was already purchased and maintained by unknown user and this website is already back into circulation, obtaining more viewers and resulted to a drastic increase of traffic. I should've renewed it back then should I've have known this will happen. Lol.

Anyhow, I've already moved here in the Lion City (Singapura) a year ago. And yes, I just  celebrated my 1st year here together with my twin sister, friends and my significant other. :) I have now embarked my career in the same shipping industry but in a different company.

Anyhow, I'm looking forward to share as much as possible my daily rambles here in my blog.
Hope to see you all soon! ♥

Earlier this year, I’ve been really wanting to go and travel across the country coz I was indeed smitten by those beautiful places, picturesque spots seen on televisions and in movies as well. It was like a dream come true when me and my colleague Lani went to Singapore to journey around the vibrant streets of that City. I will never forget that escapade in my entire life and it will always remain a tapestry in my heart until I grow old.

Moving forward, since I’ve gone at least one across in Asia, my feet says let’s move in to Caribbean Islands where you can imagine yourself checking in at one of the luxurious
caribbean hotels and Ocho Rios hotels in Jamaica sipping your favorite brewed coffee while waiting for the sun to shine its splendour over the horizon. I used to do that on the beach and I see to it that I’m there before the sun strikes its glory. You can reach the most exciting and romantic destinations of your life when you book online at breezes.com where you can find the best hotel and resort accommodations and at affordable packages.

Travel and Tour

Catalonia Duques de Bergara in Barcelona - Barcelona hotels

There are many places aroun the globe that I trance of visiting and expatriating together with my loved ones, family, and friends if the opportunity strikes while still here on earth. I really wanted to take snapshots or even take pleasure on those tourist spot attractions in those places. Of course who wouldn’t want to travel around the world and savor each day and hour of our lives in those beautiful places? Right?!

Anyway, aside from my previous travel lists, I also wanted to take a tour and do some sight seeing specifically in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Rome and many more. Thus, these places are known to have expensive cost of living because of the prosperous and wealthy way of living they have and so any tourists must spend their money wisely while staying on those places. However, there are also few of their commodities, amenities, services specifically hotels that would surely economize our budget while staying on those luxurious places. Easytobook.com is what I found during my travel over the Internet as I was making a blueprint on the places that I want to take a journey. The site is very proactive because you can book online at their most guaranteed price as to accommodations for hotels. You don’t have to worry about anything and everything for they can provide you a complete guide about vacations and family escapades. So for vacation trips, it’s gonna be Easytobook.com.

The photos were taken last July of 2007 when I and my officemates went to Laguna. It's just that one of my officemates invited us to have a quick tour on their place since it's a Saturday and when I got the chance, I took pictures from one of the Laguna's Holy Mountain, "The Mt. Banahaw." It is said that Mt. Banahaw keeps away those who are not yet ready to receive its secrets. Rising some 2450 meters from sea level, this active volcano, a part of the Banahaw-Cristobal National Park, has long been believed to be a storehouse of psychic energy. The local residents considers it a sacred mountain.

It teems with legends and superstitions. It has been the home to countless members of religious cults, hermits, soul searchers, spiritist and faith healers who climbs its slopes to meditate in it’s cave and commune with the mountain spirits. It clearly shows the other side of Filipino fanaticism and superstitious ways. Being in Banahaw is something like stepping into incredible stories of apparitions, heavenly voices, strange sounds, dwarves, fairies and even UFO’s. Geographically, Banahaw stands on a power point where the key lines of the earth intersect.Wherever such latitudes and longitudes meet, they create energy fields that allow higher frequencies of perception, physiological or otherwise. In this Season of Lent, I'm pretty sure that a lot of Devotee's and Hikers will once again visit the Holy Place.

Traveling around the world is everybody’s greatest dream and it is truly an incomparable bliss once that reverie of yours would come into reality. Well, as for me, the very first country that I would visit and savor every minute while staying there is France. Well, Paris as the capital city of France is best known to their most recognizable monuments such as Notre Dame Cathedral, The Louvre , Arc De Triomphe , Centre Pompidou , and the immense structure of exposed latticework supports made of iron, and erected for the Paris Exposition of 1889 was the famous Eiffel Tower. I’m really so excited to see that one how it looks like and how enormous it is.

Moreover, who would ever think that this country (France) bedazzled with limelight and fame have the Cheap Paris Hotels? Truly a best stopover at their classy but inexpensive hotels such as France Hotels, Paris Hotels, and Paris Latin Quarter Hotels can be found at cheaperthanhotels.co.uk. So you don’t even have to worry about other expenses like hotel accommodations because this site can help you when it comes to Cheap and Nice Hotels. Hence, all you have to think about and prioritize is your shopping galore and strolling in some of their elegant places. Wow! It really makes me drool thinking about this dream of mine. Hopefully, if everything is in place in the near future, I would definitely have a stop over in that luxurious country.

These photos were taken last Friday when the Rosary Group (Angels of the Lords) went to visit and threw a small birthday bash to our beloved Kuya King who is currently taking Theology at St. Francis Xavier Regional Major Seminary at Catalunan Grande, Davao City. He's actually the one who spearheaded and created the Rosary Group and we're on our 4th year now still holding hand in hand praying the Holy Rosary. Anyway, only a few of us visited him but truly was taken aback for he didn’t know that we will be visiting him on his sanctuary giving our wishes and prayers for his another chapter of life. We really had a great time, learning a lot from his journey to life, sharing about his great experiences while staying in the Seminary studying Theology and of course he also reiterated about the upcoming Season of Lent. The presence of God was within us considering the place is very secluded and very solemn. After the event, we all bid him goodbye and thanked him for everything he taught us, it was indeed an unforgettable experience being under his Holy tutelage. Got here some pics of our momentous escapade..

On our way home we happened to pass by the
Holy Spirit Adoration Chapel (Pink Sisters)

Here's my entry for this Week's Weekend Snapshot! Hope u find it interesting guys.. The photos were taken yesterday and just this morning at Vonzana Resort at Bansalan when I went along with some of my twin sister's college friends going to Bansalan to attend a Thanks Giving and Despidida( farewell) Party as well. One of her classmate's named Al threw a party since he finally reached the verge of his pedestal that is to passed the Civil Engineering Examination and Despdiida because in due time he will also be venturing abroad for his greener Pasteur. Almost all of them are now holding the title Engineer...Well best of wishes to these guys and of course my dearest twin sis..

Bansalan is about 72 kilometers south of Davao City and is very accessible by land transportation mostly by buses going to Cotabato City, Kidapawan City, and Tacurong. Bansalan is about 12 kilometers northwest of the capital city of Digos. Her neighboring towns include Makilala, North Cotabato in the north, Magsaysay, Davao del Sur (formerly called Kialeg) in the west, Matanao, Davao del Sur in the south, Mt. Apo and parts of Digos City in the east.

These photos were taken yesterday when we went to Talicud Island(a part of Island Garden City of Samal I guess) with my mom and her other co-Teachers and of course along with us is my sweet Chester to tote on our heavy things..Lol... Well, if you want to take a visit on this great place here in Davao, you can simply ride a boat and will get you there approximately 1hr. This place is indeed one of God's perfect creation and will definitely feel you more entangled to nature's bounty. I could have seen the beauty deep down the ocean should I bring some gadgets to snorkle. But anyway, it is still worth remembering because the place was indeed great and it was really fun. These are my entries for this week's weekend snapshot..

These starfishes were very rampant on the seashore and it's my third time having a glimpse and of course had a chance to take photos on them. Was a bit scared but then, when I touched them, they are harmless.

Road Trip!!

It was strenuous & chilling but fun since it’s gonna be my first time to drive from Davao to Tagum vice versa and the proximity of distance is approximately 78kms. Together with joy my twin sister & kuya Brian, we accompanied Erica my elder sister to take her new PC set and her other belongings to her new apartment in Tagum. We headed around 11am and reached Panabo to take our Lunch at around 12:30. After 30 mins of break, we continued our journey, have seen picturesque spots, and finally dropped at NCCC in Tagum at 1:30 pm to buy a Computer Table as a complement for her new PC Set.

As we approached her apartment, we immediately installed the PC and mounted the computer table and after an hour or two, one of the Smart Bro installer arrived to set up Erica's Internet Connection. Finally it was all set at 5:30pm and decided to go home since it's a long way back going Davao and I'm quite afraid to take the wheels since the pavements are dim so joy decided to do so. But when we reached Carmen, Erica told me that there were some checkpoints going ahead so I took the drive instead and runs pathetically at 40kph.. he he...

Well, we have also seen and take some snapshot of the astounding scenery on our way home. Attached are the pictures my twin sister and I took using a phone camera since we forgot to bring our digicam.
It was already scattered with rain showers when we reached Davao at 7:30pm and since it was still early we had just decided to drop by at Victoria Plaza and at SM to buy some stuff. I was very tired then and reached our home sweet home at 11pm but still wearing a smile on my face for that treasured experience in my life. Seize the Day!!

It was a very fine Saturday morning when me and my Officer
Ms. Vanj decided to visit Ms. Marj rest house in Laguna. I was very excited then since
it's gonna be my first time going there. On our way there, I have somehow grasped one of the breath-taking spot and National Historical Landmark that I've never seen before. .
The Nagcarlan's famous Underground Cemetery.

The Nagcarlan Underground Cemeter was built in 1851
by the Franciscan Missionaries. As far as I can remember, this is the only underground cemetery that has been built in the Philippines. During the Spanish Colonnial period, this cemetery was used by the Katipuneros as a secret meeting place. It was believed to be a very sacred and secluded place forour Ancestors.
