Three weeks in a row of handling a certain task, staying up so late, engrossing yourself in the computer, drinking a lot of coffee, handling so much pressure in the workplace, having the sensation of being stressed-out, appalled and disgruntled of the personal and emotional things around me and being in the state of oblivion at times, have encapsulated my deteriorating health.

Thus, I was confined for 3 days in the hospital and was diagnosed with an acute pharyngitis, high fever, hard coughing and over fatigue! FYI-Acute pharyngitis is an inflammation of the throat or pharynx. Pharyngitis can result in very large tonsils which cause trouble swallowing and breathing. Unfortunately had all of these cases. So sad that I need a little halt from work but hey! I need to work to iron out those issues i.e. work related and some personal things, to extend my most warranted assistance to my dear colleagues considering that they are all new to this world not literally speaking of the "world" but embarking on the organization that is.

Well, these things kept running on my head until the day my physician advised me to rest. And so it happened. Deeply regret guys for not being there to carry on the things, for ironing out the burdens which are supposed to be handled by me or us. Hope you understand my saddest condition. Promise, on this day forward, I would be more cautious of my health, be more productive , have this positive outlook, instilling a stress free environment and having a no room for error mind-set Lets do this together guys hand in hand to embark in the so called life! Aja!!!

Hi Guys.. A good way to start your day is to read below tips. Hope this can help you eradicate stress. Anyhow, I'm now including this list in my routine after getting out of the hospital wing. Yeah! You heard it right.. I'm now sickly and am starting to regain back my strength after working so hard. Health is wealth so I must not abuse myself!

1. Get organized- create a checklist and prioritize items in a way that will go you the most time with family and friends.
2. Bye Caffeine- limiting your intake of caffeine, sugar and alcohol will improve your physical response to stress, anxiety and restlessness. Take opportunity to enjoy other yummy treats like eggnog and sider but don't forget to keep drinking water.
3. Say hello to supplements- keep your immune system strong with ginseng, royal jelly and Echinacea in the weeks leading up to the holidays.
4. Just say no- learn to pass on extraneous responsibilities, the added stress will only make you feel like your being pulled in different directions.
5. Schedule some zzz's - try to fit in extra sleep and short naps whenever possible to keep your energy flowing. Sometimes 15 minutes will do.
6. Thank you- expressing gratitude in little ways like personalizing greeting cards will give you time to think about those that you care for the most and be thankful for both the good and the bad experiences that made life interesting this past year.
7. Catch 5 - take 5 minutes out of your day and practice deep belly breathing. This will calm your nervous system and keep focused throughout the day. When possible add some music and light candles for better ambiance.
8. Walk it off- grab some outdoor gear and take a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes to work of stress. Other good stress busters include gym, swimming, dancing and sports.
9. Pick your parties wisely- get a calendar and list all your party invites against your to do list and attend accordingly. this will prevent you from feeling pulled in all directions and you'll actually look forward to the get together.
10. Get Pampered- book a facial, take a bath, get a pedicure or whatever it is that relaxes you. The holidays are a great time to reward yourself for all the work done throughout the year.

Hello everyone!!
Nearly 5 months since the last time I posted on this blog. Again my apologies.. It's just now I remember I have an obligation to make over the past few months of being so idle on this column.

Well, several parties, celebration and important events I've missed to impart here but hopefully I can recall each of them and humbly jot it down here. Thanks I got FB to back me up and take a glimpse on those significant memories I've gone to for 4 months. Oh one more thing, my other account (blog) is due to expire at the end of this month. So sad that I don't have enough credits on my paypal to renew it. Anyway, I still have 25 days to fish any ops and be diligent enough to write those reviews being offered. I think I just need to focus on one column and this is it.

Season's greetings guys!!

what's with the subject? I couldn't even remember why I indicated such.. perhaps it was all about my work.. i was referring to my most chalenging career.. but anyway.. just don't mind it.. the important thing is currently am happy and am looking forward for the upcoming blessings that will shatter my way.. hhaha... and that includes the another escape from town.. wee

This is what the LORD says: "Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight," declares the LORD.

Jeremiah 9:23,24 NIV

And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence.
