When we were about to take our dinner, I was a bit excited to try something new that will served as a side dish for our dinner. So, I somewhat concocted this Pechay(Cabbage) Chips.. It's just that my mom bought a handful of Cabbages from her friend(suki) in the Market and came into my mind to concoct something from that cabbages.. Well my mom's friend just picked those cabbages from her garden, ergo it's all fresh and free from the harmful insecticides.

Anyway, about it's ingredients, you will only be needing a few of fresh cabbage leaves tear into smaller pieces or any sizes you want, an egg, flour, seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.. All you have to do is coat the pechay leaves with scrambled egg and mixed flour with seasoning then fry it in a saucepan with hot oil on it.. After frying let it absorb the oil in a towel paper and then it's ready to serve. Mayonnaise is the best complement for this Chips and I'm sure you will really like it's taste..It's healthy because it's a pure veggy unlike those junk foods that we always bought on groceries/super stores, which has a lot of preservatives that is not good for our health. Once you taste it, you can stop but dip it on Mayo..Bon Appetit!
