Exercise Your Right

Well I can say that I am not really physically fit though I'm not that very skinny because sometimes I am experiencing severe headaches and dizziness . Even I exercise everyday, I think it's not enough because typically I seldom eat green leafy vegetables and ever since I was a kid I was not used to it. I always rely to vitamins and supplements which I think is equivalent to some dietary food and vegetables. Well partially it's amiss, I should also eat vegetables and healthy food aside from taking vitamins and supplements. So this new year, I will start the year right and have a balance diet, frequent exercise and get enough sleep everyday.. *Wink*
